Series 24 Review Class - 2 Day Workshop

FINRA's Series 24 Principal Exam requires candidates to successfully respond to 150 graded multiple-choice questions over a 3hrs and 45 minutes. The Series 24 exam topics include Supervision of Investment Banking, Federal Securities Acts, Registration requirements of Brokers, the Supervision of Opening Customer Accounts, Sales Supervision (various products), Supervision of Brokerage Offices, Financial Responsibility, Ethics,  and Equity Trading Systems. The issue for most managers is time management and finding time to focus on the important topics. Our course encapsulates the tested topics with instructors who are content experts, and with the higher difficulty of the exam, nearly every manager enrolls in a training program.

The real exam has a great deal of ambiguity since the questions are scenario based. To pass the exam requires you to learn outright the tested data which we describe in a story form to enable better retention among our students. Over the many years that we have conducted training reviews at leading investment banks, our students (MDs, Executives, Managers) have achieved greater than 90% pass-rates. Included with your registration in the course is a copy of the class presentation and other summary handouts.
